Weight Loss Exercise – Want to Know How to Get Buns of Steel?
Tricks of the trade from a fitness expert Stephen shows us how to get those buns of steel every girl wants! In this video we are are using three sets of exercises that work the triceps, glutes and abs.
- Dumbell lunges with tricep kickbacks. (Complete 16 reps)
- Dumbell deadlift with bicep curl. (Complete 15 reps)
- Plank with one leg raise. (complete 24 – 30 reps)
Do three exercises all in a row first, second and third. Take a one minute break then try to do the exercises another one or two times!
If you do not have dumbells and you would like to try this exercise at home then look no further than your kitchen cabinet, and use two small bottles of water or some canned food.
